Friday's Menu

I'm on a Red Day today - here's my selection for today.

Breakfast: Muesli with skimmed milk

Snacks: Banana and apple

Lunch: Tuna, pasta and sweetcorn with a tsp of low fat mayonnaise

Dinner: Jacket Potato with grated cheese and bacon

Syns: 1.5 for the pasta (not wholemeal), 1 for sweeetcorn and 1.5 for low fat mayo.

Am I on the right path here?

yeah u are but try to cut out the pasta and have a baked pot or sw wedges as ur healthy extra instead of wastin ur syns, also try substitue sweetcorn for free veg which ul find in ur book! the secret of slimmin world is eatin free food, the more u eat the more u lose!!x

Sounds good as long as you have weighed your muesli, cheese and Jacket spud and measured your milk! (i assume these were your Healthy Xs)

You could eat more free and superfree if you wanted, like Muller lights. On a red day you could snack on ham & seafood sticks too.

Sarah its worth registering with the SW website it has an online syns calculator which can be a Godsend :)
