friend wanted

Hi mum24, I will miss you! SW is a very enjoyable diet. I did it last year. It only worked temporarily for me but thats how i plan eating to maintain when i come off. I honestly think CD is for people with a lot to lose anyway. Goodluck and I'll miss you. Love Broxi xxx
PS - you'll love SW chips with curry sauce- heaven!

Aww thanks hun. I've done it before so know what to expect. x

Hi Broxi how is the diet going?

hi victoria, I'm feeling ok today but just going to hospital to see my mum. If you're on later, we'll maybe get a wee gab? I'm always on. So hope to catch up with you later on? x

Hi Broxi,Hope things are looking a bit better for you today and your mums tests come out o.k. Harri is fine now the specialists are treating him for epilepsy and is on constant medication but he hasnt had any other episodes since then although its always in the back of your mind.I keep watching little Oscar now hoping it doesnt happen to him. But anyway, its great to make some new friends on this site , I'm not very PC literate, and have never posted things to web sites before - so havent got a clue really lol.. But managing to get round it and it stops me eating while I typing!! :D

Hi everyone, how are you all getting on tonight?
Sally, My brother in law is epileptic and it is now always controlled with medication - it is a worry though.
I was terrible today but i put in a new thread about when people started to feel good on diet and when weight loss was noticeable and it's realy encouraging me cos i still feel so fat: my clothes are still tight, I've still got a huge spare tyre and I'm desperate for food. But all the experienced people are saying after about three weeks the cravings go and you really start to notice the weight loss.

Hi honey how are you today, well im on week three and it was my darkest night last night, in the end my husband took mh upstairs and gave me a claywrap and wrapped me in bandages before he went to work just so I was contained so to speak, feel fantastic this moring cos I bet the craving, I feel so proud of myself and didnt know how I was going to get through the night without giving in and it was for the daftest things too. So hopefully by the end of the week the cravings will all go, god i really hope so. This is so hard but I have to do it as nobody believes I will.

Hi Victoria, I'm better now. As people here helped. It is so hard though isn't it? I just was walking about a shopping centre seeing all the fast food courts etc. I saw all the beautiful clothes too and I was just feeling so fat and I was overcome with depression/melancholy.I just felt the fun in my life was over on this diet. I know that's ridiculous but I'm just being honest. I just can't wait till my weight loss is noticeable at least. And also if I stick to this I should be at target (which I've never been for about 20 years) by October November and I see you will make it by Dec. It's not that long eally considering how long I've been fat.
How are you now? Your husband is good. Mine was very supportive at start and encouraging but I think he's a bit fed up with me now cos I'm not myself.

Im great today sat with my little girls, she has a bowl for strawbs and kewi god i wish i was that bowl

im sat with water and happy and not in the slightest big bothered.

hey just think by Christmas how good we will look, if we do it together and help each other we can do this.

Yes. Christmas with a black slinky party dress! Usually I look like the Christmas tree or the turkey! It's not that long really and I think in another few weeks we will start to feel so much thinner which will be a big encouragement. You've lost over a stone already - amazing! Do you feel the difference yet?

Yes I do and it is noticeable I think the problem was since my last weight in nothing has happened and I got myself in a mood, but this morning they have moved so I feel better, plus hubby has hidden the scales now till next week so I dont obsess cos its true over weighting can bring your mood down if it doesnt move.

My cdc did say sometimes when you dont lose pounds you can still lose inches and my stomach is looking so much better and my arms do, but im really working on them cos they are huge, they are the main thing im doing this for, so i can wear a normal blouse or top and not look stupid.

Hi Broxi and Witchy! Sorry to hear you both had some tough moments but I'm glad you're feeling better now. I'm also aiming to look fab this Christmas! I moved divisions within my company and in the old division they always spent a fortune on our christmas party, and people wore really posh frocks and the men wore a tux. Looking back at all the photos from previous years, I just got bigger and bigger each year :( We haven't had a good party since I moved to the new division, but this year both have merged together, so fingers crossed for another swanky party to show myself off when we're all thin :D

I had my first official weigh in with my CDC and I lost 10lb in the first week, even though my dreaded period started so I'm pretty pleased with myself. How is everyone today?

Wow Nicola, that is amazing! 10lbs in a week! Yes we'll be thin by Christmas! I'm good this morning. Not lost any more weight but it'll happen. How is everyone else? xxx
