Want to make a frittata or quiche type thing to last a few days in the fridge. I've just bought quark and fromage frais which I've never cooked with before. Does anybody have a recipe for me, pretty please? Well, moreso the egg/quark ratio as most recipes on here just say 'a tub of' but I don't live in the UK and the tubs here are huge so if anybody could help me on that front, they rest is pretty obvious.
