from 4 to 3 .....

Hi all

almost finishing LL and will be starting CD next week to get the rest of the weight off...my biggest worry is how do you cope going from 4 packs to 3 a day..ive got a nice routine going at the mo but not sure whats the best way to split my 3 packs up...also if you have the bars do they replace the soup or shake ..similar to LL??!! im just trying to prepare myself as much as poss !!!

first of all welcome to CD!!

In reply to some of your questions:

- The bars on cd do replace one of your meals.
- I would sometimes just split one of the packs during the day which would give me 4 meals if that makes sense, it would depend how hungry i was feeling that day.

what height are you?? cos if you are 5ft 8 or over you are allowed 4 packs on CD, just a thought.

have you done the 100 days of LL??

there are four heaped teaspoons per half a pack!!!!!

I have 3 packs per day

1 at half tenish

1 at 3is

and 1 at 7pm ish, usually a bar which I cut up into 30 pieces!!

im 5'6 so would only be getting 3 packs!!!

and its my week 14 on monday so im starting CD the week after when my LL stuff runs out !!!

are the tetras the ready made drinks??!!

Welcome Groovy to CD!

You will be faced with such a variet of choice that it is easy to get carried away:p

You actualy begin to look forward to meal times again especially if you were getting slightly fed up with the lack of choice as I was on Lipotrim.

I think Vicky's idea of cutting the bar up into 30 piece is great I have never managed more that four:rolleyes: Keeping it for later has not worked either as I do like the bars:eek:

All excellent advice above splitting one pack in half is a good idea. The tetras are the ready made cartons these are good if you put half in a mug and top up with hot (not boiling) or cold water that way you get two good shakes from one pack.

Hi, I have changed from LL to CD and have to say i am struggling with the 3 paks and not 4, however i have tried splitting the packs which i don't really like, spoke to my CDC and she has said that on the days that i really struggle i can have 4 paks and the weight will still shift. I am going to try the tetra thing tomorrow, split it in half and add hot water, i love the choccie one. Oh yep my CDC said that there is a lactose free choccie tetra ( ithink) which she said is really creamy and she prefers it going to try that next time.

Splitting packs is a good idea I did that a lot when I startedMost of the time now I have half a tetra toped with hot water and usually have my bar in 2 as well 1/2 in the morning and 1/2in the evening.
Hope you enjoy changing to CD.

well im armed with all my packs and ready to go...just finishing off week 14 with LL this week then its straight onto it..cant wait to try all the flavours and i have already fell in love with the choc orange bar..cant wait to stock up on them !!!
