    Hi all,

Has anyone on here started on the Cambridge diet and then moved onto Exante at all?

I'm just wondering if anyone noticed much of a difference in either of them i.e. weight loss or taste of shakes etc, the cost of Cambridge is getting seriously expensive now so thinking I may need a change! x

There are lots of people who have made the change very successfully.

Im not sure why people seem to think Exante will have slower losses though, its a VLCD just like CD and the losses are every bit as good :)

I haven't moved over mid-diet but I've done both and have actually had bigger losses on Exante so far. I just couldn't afford to do Cambridge any longer, it works out so expensive!! There's less choice of shakes and stuff, and you don't get to choose if you get a bumper pack, but they do have a nicer texture. xx
