Disappointed

Really disappointed today as somehow I've managed to put on 2lb :eek:

Have stuck to the diet, the only thing i've done differently is I haven't eaten as much as usual. I had a migraine earlier in the week, the next day I still didn't feel great and haven't had an appetite really since then.

Hopefully my weight will sort itself out this week!

Updated - lost 1.5 lbs this week - was expecting/hoping for more especially as I did a fish week - but I guess it wasn't meant to be
It's my baby's birthday today so since I've been back from WI I've had a fair bit of high syn foods. Oh well will just have to sort it for the rest of the week.

Great losses yesterday. I didn't do an official WI as am working late all this week, did a home WI yet morning and lost 2.5lb.. but won't update on here, as not official for me, so will update next Monday as back to normal 8 - 6pm, working hours, lol..

Well done MLM to reach and beat your target too. Good luck for the rest of us who need to get a few more lb's off for next Monday. xx

Lost another 1lb:) but still got 3lb to go by monday:cry:. Don't think i can get to my target but tried to do a red day to help my loss this week and nearly lost it all together:confused:. Best to stay on EE enjoy it and hope to get another 1lb by monday:cross:

Final weigh in today and i've lost 4lbs this week which gives me a total loss of 8lb for July :D 2lb short of my 10lb target but i'm chuffed - bring on the next one!!


 
1.5lbs off - but I am extremely happy with this because I had a really bad week and because I only had two WIs so only 0.5lbs off my target :)
