Quick question, how do you qualify for slimmer of the week? its so confusing!
 
I think it's something like you've lost the most that week AND lost the week before, so a newbie can't get it in their first week but can from week 2 onwards. And if 2 people lose the same but only 1 had a loss the week before they get the award

Sausages were cooked in a casserole but I didn't have any of the gravy or veg so have left a buffer of syns to account for any gravy they would have absorbed.

Very bad with my superfree today. Very busy and no fruit in so had to eat what we had - which isn't much!! Hopefully low syns will help.

Weigh in today and lost 2lb. Wanted 2.5lb for my 1.5st award but wasn't to be. Got slimmer of the week and slimmer of the month so definitely motivated for this week. Back to drinking more peppermint tea and try and find a way to get my HexA in somehow. Maybe a nice glass of milk and a banana for breakfast? Or an afternoon snack of cheese and pineapple or cheese and cucumber.

Annoyed at myself all day for choosing tuna mayo over beans on my jacket potato today. Maybe I'm a little hard on myself sometimes but I have to be otherwise I will slip in to bad habits too easily.

Yes, always add a syn for the McCain jackets they are such a life saver. Have tried to not eat the skin on occasion but its the best bit! And can think of worse ways to spend a syn!!
