Yes, always add a syn for the McCain jackets they are such a life saver. Have tried to not eat the skin on occasion but its the best bit! And can think of worse ways to spend a syn!!

I'm doing ok,I have 14.5 lbs till target lost 1st 7lbs so far but I've been messing about and been on and off for 3 years but have a dream holiday in September so really need & want to get to target I'm so busy with work & 3 year old and finding the time to plan so I can loose like 0.5lb a week my biggest loss has only ever been 2.5lbs !!
I am away next week but then nothing planned so my target is easily achievable by September :)
 
Ah. My motivation is a holiday, not a dream one as such but one with my fabulously slim sister in law where bikinis will be involved! No way I will be anywhere near target by then but I will have certainly made a dent in it!

Well done with what you've done so far - and September is easily achievable!!

Total syns - not sure. Couldn't find the chicken pieces online I *think* they were free as the tikka variety were but just in case they weren't I didn't eat any more syns. So maybe 3 maybe more.
