Frothy soups!

I really hated the frothy soups and had a few good hints but the best one for me came from my sister who is on the CD - buy the cheapest blender you can!
I got mine at asda for £4 and I hear that tesco do a blue stripe one for the same price too!
My Magic bullet blender was so powerful that the whole soup was foam in a second!
Just thought that I'd pass it on!

oh god i know, i had a mushroom one today in the blender and it was SO foamy, ugh! I even left it for over an hour and then re-heated and their was no improvement. I could not stomach it at all! also i find using a whisk gets rid of the lumps, and makes it creamy.

DON'T WHISK OR BLEND THE SOUPS AT ALL!!

Just put the powder in a saucepan, pour in boiling water out of the kettle, stirring fast. Put on a medium heat until it bubbles up, stil stirring. Pass through a sieve into bowl or mug. Perfect thick creamy lump-free soup :)

I gentle whisk the powder in a large bowl with a little cold water until it's a smooth paste. Then add water from the kettle and gently stir...perfect.

Foamy soups dont bother me lol! It's allllllllll just medicine ;)
