yes i do as some fruit has quite a lot of sugar in it, for example bananas can have from 100 to 150 cals :0 xxx

thats good to no!think i asked that question before as well!lol i only eat the basic veg such as lettuce peppers onion cucumber etc n the likes of mushrooms etc!

wud u count stirfry veg? the likes of beansprouts, babycorn etc?xx

I count everything - even if its 10g of lettuce which only works out as 1.3 cals - as morphine says it does all add up, especially fruits as they can be quite high

Yep I count fruit, but generally don't count veg or salad, but always check before I don't count them as something like an avocado has loads of cals"!
I do the same really plus I tend to count all fruit
but life is to short to go weighing lettuce leaves haha!!
