Just realised looking at it & the per 100g or ml in this case it shouldn't really be allowed but I appear to be ok with it. Does everyone else use it?

I use teh sunflower one, the butter one (suprise suprise with that!!) n the extra virgin olive oil one, all with no adverse affects, never checkted the fat in it - scoots off to mfp

Extra virgin fry light is 0.4g fat per 4 squirts
sunflower 2g fat per 20 sprays so same as the Extra virgin per 4 zaps

Naughty secret confession! I have 5g lurpack lighter on my toast in the morning.. No issues with it :0) it is the only real fat in my breakfast.. Aprox 6g fat in what I eat in the morning

Evening I use fry light for whole family :) they don't notice lol

I occasionally have a piece of toast with clover for supper when i feel the need come upon me ! :)

Not really I look in this as having to be something sustainable for life nit as a quick fix that means I then put weight back on afterwards when I start ' normal' life again . So I eat as I know I will want to but control portion sizes etc. It also means I don't get cravings because I let myself have normal food just in smaller quantities.
