Ooh yes I am rather!!! Going to try and get all my packing done tonight, rather than last min tomorrow night!! DH wants to go into town tomorrow to get last min things! I always worry when this happens as he can't do anything by halves!! He thinks all his clothes are scruffy!! Ooeck- I've already spent all my money...on clothes and accessories!!LOL!!X
 
Okey dokey, I'm back to reality, which means back to writing everything down again!! I've had 5 days of pure gluttony on my cruise- 3 courses 3 times a day, plus the odd snack here and there!! Ridiculous I know, but SOOOO difficult to avoid when it's there in your face, and when you know you've paid for it!!! So here goes, day 1 of being 100%!!!

Week 32- Day 3 (Thurs)- Green- On night shift 7.30pm-8am

Long lie-in until 12.30pm!

Brunch (on waking up) 2- egg omlette with herbs and roasted veg (green pepper, carrot, sweet potato, tomatoes, red onion-sprayed with frylight). Yeo Valley blueberry fat free yogurt (1 syn).

Before work- A tin of Batchelors mushy peas. 4 Finn Crisp Plus wholegrain crispbreads (HEXb) with 2 Laughing Cow deli light blue cheese (part HEXa). An apple.

Snack in work- Thai Mugshot (0.5 syns) An orange. 2 Babybels (part HEXa).

Meal in work- Wholewheat soba noodles with roasted veg. Activia cherry fat free yogurt. An apple. Red grapes.

Mini pack of Cadburys animals (6 syns!!)
A few tortilla chips and a little houmous (4 syns).

Total syns 11.5

Week 32- Day 4 (Fri)- Extra Easy- On night shift 7.30pm-8am.

In work- early hours- Tortilla chips (6 syns!!!) Red grapes.

On waking up- 5pm- 2 fresh mackerel fillets (frylighted). Beetroot. Sweet chilli sauce 1 tbspn (1 syn). Yeo Valley blueberry fat free yogurt (2 syns).

In work- Snack- 2 Alpen lights (HEXb) 2 oranges.

In work- Meal- Tin of Batchelors mushy peas, small sweet potato baked in microwave. Branston hot curry/periperi relish- 2 tbspns (2 syns). WW fat free toffee yog. An apple.

Didn't have my HEXa! Whoops!

In work- 3am- Creamy cheese Mugshot (2 syns).

In work- 7am- 4 Finn Crisp Plus wholegrain (HEXb) with half tube of Primula Light cheese (HEXa).

On waking up after sleep- 1pm- 3 egg omlette. Tomato & herb Pot Noodle in a mug. Vanilla Mullerlight.

At Lara's house- A few strawberries.

At party (friend's leaving do)- Free things from the buffet (pickled onions, strips of pepper, king prawns) 1 egg sandwich quarter (?2.5 syns), 1/2 tuna wrap (?4 syns), a few Doritos (?3 syns), veggie baaji type thing (?5 syns)

Back at Lara's- A banana and 4 dates (8 syns!!! Yikes, surprised at that synnage!!)

Total syns- ?24.5

I'm back :D, had a fab hols and was pretty damn good food wise....about 30 syns per day on average which is great for me. Had some lovely treats too but stuck to SW for basic 3 meals a day so could enjoy the odd scone or portion of chips :)

Sounds like you had a fab cruise hun and the food was enjoyed! If your going to go off plan then enjoy what your going to eat thats what I say ;)

I'm tackling the washing mountain now and trying to catch up.....oh and sort some SW food for tomorrow from my nearly empty fridge lol

Week 32- Day 6 (Sun)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 2 egg omlette with mushrooms & ham (Frylighted). Tomato ketchup (0.5 syns). 2 dates (4 syns).

Mid-afternoon snack- 200g packet of Tesco thai chicken mini fillets (0.5 syns).

Supper- Chilli (XL beef mince, green pepper, green chilli, courgette, onion, tomatoes, red kidney beans, chilli powder, cumin) and wholegrain basmati rice. An Activia raspberry fat free yogurt.

Semi skimmed milk in tea (part HEXa).
Did not have HEXb!!

Breakfast- Strawberries, kiwi fruit and blueberries with fat free natural yogurt and 28g Dorset Cereals fabulously fruity muesli (5 syns).

Lunch- Creamy cheese Mugshot (2 syns). Some beetroot. Some white and red grapes.

Snack before WI- 3 Babybel lights (HEXa).

Supper (after WI)- 2 fresh mackerel fillets (panfried with Frylight) with lime, ginger & chilli marinade served with salad of leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions (1 tbspn of Hellmanns XL in dressing= 0.5 syns). 2 teaspoons sweet chilli sauce (1 syn). A Raveshing Ruby HIFI bar (HEXb). An Activia fat free raspberry yogurt. 2 oranges.

Total syns 8.5

In work- lunch break-1.45pm- Salmon fillet with teriyaki sauce (1.5 syns). Salad- leaves, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, spring onions (Hellmanns XL mayo in dressing- 0.5 syns).

Buffet at meeting- 1 chicken goujon (?3 syns) and 1 veg samosa (?4 syns). A banana.

Tea at home- Chilli and wholegrain rice (extra lean minced beef, peppers, onion, garlic, chilli, red kidney beans, tomatoes, sweet chilli sauce- 0.5 syns).

Didn't have HEXa!!!

Total syns 14.5.

Before work- 6.30am- Sweet & Sour Mugshot- funny breakfast, but we'd run out of eggs to make my omlette and I didn't want to use my HEXb! Activia fat free raspberry yogurt.

In work- morning break-10.30am- Strawberries, kiwi fruit and blueberries with fat free natural yogurt and 28g Dorset Cereals fabulously fruity muesli (HEXb).

Lunch break- 1.30pm- Pollo relleno- made yest(from July 2010 SW mag) (stuffed chicken breast- chorizo, XL minced pork, garlic, nutmeg, onion, oregano, parsley, lemon zest/juice, egg,- 0.5 syns for chorizo). Served with stirfried veg. Activia fat free raspberry yogurt.

Afternoon snack after work- 4.30pm- Weetabix white choc Oatibar (3.5 syns). Tescos melon & grape medley. 3 Babybel lights (HEXa).

Supper- 8pm- Cod Mornay (from SW calendar- June recipe- Cod fillets, cherry tomatoes, spinach, quark, f.f fromage frais, mustard powder, garlic, wholemeal breadcrumbs, parsley, seasoning- 3 syns for bread). WW toffee apple yogurt (0.5 syns).

Total syns- 7.5

Snack in work- a few Doritos (?4 syns).

Meal in work- Cod Mornay- see yesterday, same but added asparagus to the veg base as well as spinach and cherry tomatoes. (3 syns for breadcrumbs). A pink grapefruit and an orange. A Luscious Lemon Hifi bar (HEXb).

Total syns 9.

Stuffed chicken breast (Pollo Relleno -see Wed) with stirfried veg and steamed asparagus. Teriyaki sauce (1 syn). A WW raspberry tart yogurt (0.5 syns). Strawberries, blueberries and grapes.

On waking up- 3pm- Fantail prawns from Tesco fish counter- yuumm!! Vanilla and choc sprinkles Mullerlight. Weetabix Oatibar white choc (3.5 syns). Small punnet of strawberries.

Supper- 8pm- Chicken breast filled with Laughing Cow deli light blue cheese (1 syn) wrapped in bacon (allow 1 syn for small streaks of fat) griddled then baked in oven. Veg risotto.

Total syns 7.5
