FUNCURLS FOOD DIARY, BLOG and CHIT CHAT!! New target set!!

Just sunbathing and chilling out...the hotel is low season and no evening entertainment so we are tending to eat and then go back to our room! It's such gorgeous weather tho I was sweating earlier and it's nearly lunchtime again now!!! Woop woop!!

Oh okay a Holibobs over Easter from sw is allowed :) hope u and dai pup are having fun!! Xxx

Week 80- Day 1 (Tues)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 28g honey-nut mini Shredded Wheat (HEXb) with a small sliced banana and175ml skimmed milk (1/2 HEXa).

Lunch- Smoked salmon salad- mixed leaves, cherry tomatoes, spring onion, beetroot, radishes, red pepper, green chilli. With Ainsley Harriott sun-dried tomato and garlic couscous (3 syns). Light Choices balsamic dressing (0.5 syns). A rhubarb Mullerlight.

Tea- Roast chicken (no skin) with rosemary roast potatoes and parsnips done in Actifry, steamed carrots and broccoli. A little gravy (1 syn). A large pink grapefruit with sweetener.

Skimmed milk in tea (part HEXa).

Total syns 4.5.
 
Week 80- Day 2 (Wed)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Breakfast- 28g Honey-nut mini Shredded Wheat (HEXb) with a sliced banana and 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HEXa).

Lunch- 3 egg smoked salmon omlette. An apple.

Tea- Went to Cosmo (Asian buffet)- Lets just say I exceeded my syns but have no idea whatsoever by how many!! So I'm calling it a flexi-syn day!! Lots of what I had was very healthy but other things probably contained a lot of oil and I don't think Eton Mess is the healthiest of puddings.....

Skimmed milk in tea (part HEXa).
 
Week 80- Day 3 (Thurs)- Extra Easy- Working night shift 7.30pm-8am.

Brunch- late due to lie in to prepare for nights- 28g Honey-nut mini Shredded Wheat (HEXb) with sliced banana and 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HEXa). A peach fat free Activia Snackpot (0.5 syns).

Tea before work- Asda Sushi infusions (?3 syns). A pear. A little spaghetti bolognese (tasting whilst cooking).

Work break- Spaghetti bolognese (xl beef mince, onion, garlic, mushrooms, fresh tomatoes, passata, basil, 2 spag bol OXO cubes.

Chocolate cake- very small bit- (5 syns)

Milk in tea (part HEXa).

Total syns 8.5.

Yay that is GREAT news!! I seem to go through phases and it's fab when you come out of a dodgy phase and find yourself feeling positive and in the zone!! Remember it's ALL in the head!! Good luck hunny!!X

Breakfast before bed- A pear, 2 kiwi fruits, 1/2 banana. A little cold left-over spaghetti!! A strawberry Mullerlight.

On waking up- 28g Tesco fruit n nut porridge (HEXb) with 150ml skimmed milk (3/7 HEXa), topped with 1/2 sliced banana and raspberries.

Work break- Had a bit of a spread, but mainly healthy stuff! Smash pizza (0.5 syns plus tiny bit of cheese <1/3 HEXa), carrot batons, 1 Babybel light (1/3 HEXa). Strawberries, baby clementines, 2 Jumbo caramel Snack-a- Jacks (5 syns), salt & vinegar normal Snack-a- Jacks (4.5 syns), a little Cadburys chocolate (4 syns). A little squirty cream (3 syns).

Total syns 17.

Early morning in work-Chinese chicken Pot Noodle in a Mug.

Breakfast- before going to bed- A few shreds of cold roast chicken (was going to put them in salad but didn't have salad in work!). A Jumbo caramel Snack-a-Jack (2.5 syns). A little cold leftover spaghetti!!

On waking up/before work- Spaghetti bolognese (see Thurs diary) without the spaghetti. Served with leftover carrots and broccoli- yummm!! I'll be doing this again- would be great for a red day! 28g grated cheddar on top (HEXa) Some raspberries.

Work food- Smoked salmon salad (with mixed leaves, red onion, red pepper, cherry tomatoes, beetroot, Light Choices balsamic dressing (0.5 syns). A Kelloggs dark choc/almond Fibre Plus bar (HEXb). Raspberry & cranberry Mullerlight.

Friend's chocolate cake...grrrwwww!! Why oh why?!! (est. 15 syns).

Total syns 18.5.

At home- before bed- Tin of Asda Extra Special sardines in spicy tomato sauce.

On waking up- 2 corn thins (2/5 HEXb). Choc/orange Alpen light (1/2 HEXb). A kiwi fruit.

Tea- Roast chicken, steamed broccoli & carrots, Actifried/Frylighted rosemary roast parsnips, butternut squash bake (BNS flesh, couscous, baby plum tomatoes, red onion, red pepper, mushrooms, Schwartz spice mix for veg (2 syns for 1/3 packet), 19g grated cheddar (2/3 HEXa).

Skimmed milk in tea (<1/3 HEXa).

Total syns 3 (Phew- balanced out nicely with yesterday!)
 
Week 80- Day 7 (Mon)- Extra Easy- Day off.

Had breakfast/lunch all in one as had big lie-in (still recovering from nights- body clock all out of sync!!)- 3- egg mushroom, red onion and cheddar (28g- HEXa) omlette. 1/2 small bag Minstrels (5 syns). A strawberry Activia fat free Snackpot.

After WI- Luscious lemon HIFI bar (HEXb). Went to Toby carvery- turkey and beef, broccoli, carrots, peas, mashed swede, mashed potato (?2 syns), small bit of cauliflower cheese (?2 syns), 1 roast potato (2 syns), a little gravy (?2 syns). Raspberry Eton mess (?20 syns).

Total syns approx 33!! New week from tomorrow!

Hope your keeping well, I don't seem to get as much time on here recently. Can't beleive i've been at my new job 6 months now :D how time flies.
I had my review before easter and my director bless him had 3 words for me " I'm a revelation"!!....love him!!!

I had a few days off over easter as we were away but have been fully on track this week and expecting a loss tomorrow :)

Hi hun, luvvly 2cu! Thanx for coming to see me! I'm sure you'll get a loss if you've pulled it back! You sound like you're in the zone! I lost 2.5lb this week! I'm writing this from my class so when I'm home later I will update my stats! I have 7lb to go! Soooo excited now!!!

Wow what an amazing compliment from your manager! That must make you feel really valued! You have obviously blown them away!! 6 months already- that has gone quickly! Hope everything is good back at the ranch! Are you enjoying your shiny new C-Max? XxX
 
well done on the 2.5lbs lost Hevs!!!!

For now i am still ahead by half a pound on the total lost amount.....however when i weigh in and gain a weight the size of a small country then i think you might sneak ahead again!
