You look so different in your pics - particularly in your face which is great - as that's what everyone sees!

hi everyone today hsas gone ok - i had some points saved thou and used the for a piece of brownie and flap jack at work oops - ah well - i will earn more tomoro. im not goin gym tonight im exhausted now so gonna go home soon and relax and enjoy my friday night - then up tomorro for another 100% day and body attack class at the gym!! stayin in all weekend so no boozy antics to make me stray from plan

i actually feel guilty now for eating the flapjack and brownie even thou i have enough points saved for them -its weird im feelin really bad bout it!

ah well hope u all have had a great friday and have a fun weekend planned xxxxx

Hi lovely ladies
well im enjoying my 5th 100% day - and with only 17 left ahead of me im intending on making the most of them that's for sure. so this morning i went to my body attack class which is an hour, then after i managed to run 3 miles - so i did an extra 40 mins exercise on top!! im feelin pleased with myself cos im sure i burned off the flap jack and brownie from yesterday (i was feelin a little guilty bout them)

today is my first proper weekend in such a long time - and really gonna just chill for rest for the day. im thinking of poppin to the shops across the rd for an hour or so to see if i fancy anythin - and to try on loads of stuff which always burns loads of calories lol ... i got a cheque from the tax man this morning saying they owed me 182 quid!! so may get a little treat

Food today - week 8 day 4 - 5th 100% day in a row

Brekkie - 0%Total yogurt & 75g strawberries - 1.5 point

Lunch - low carb light mayo tuna salad wrap - 2.5 points

Snack - Atkins choc chip breakfast bar - 2.5 points

Dinner - 3 x turkey rashers & 2 slices turkey breast, low carb fat free alfredo sauce and salad & sf jelly- 2.5 points

Snack - babybel & 4 cashews & 4 almonds - 3 points

Total - 12 points

i know its low points but im eating low carb foods full of fibre and protein and they tend to keep me fuller longer - and im gonna keep next 2 weeks low as possible - it will be worth it when im in that bikini

Hey Gabs well done on 5 day 100% ww.. can I ask a question.. when you say 100% ww does that mean that you stay within your points? think I might need to give myself a mini challenge like that!;)

yeah 100% days are when u stay within ur points - so if u have earned some and use those then ur still 100% cos u havent eaten over. its a good way to motivate urself. i started off trying to do 28 days - but slipped up so i started from 22 days till my holiday - now im on day 5 so iv got a long way to go.. but im gonna try my best xx

Gabs sorry not been on for a while, glad to read your new job is going really well, and its great you have others in work who are doing ww, it really makes a difference i think!!

You are really going for it now with the exercise, im so impressed!!! I've given myself a wee challenge to do at least 100 sit ups a day before my hols in 6 weeks time in hope to trim myself up for my bikini!!! Have you been back for more power plate sessions?? We had a little shot on one few months ago at gym but never persued it, quite dear.

Thats a really good idea to motivate yourself.. think I will try it this week.. I'll need to start small though and work it up!
 
having a really bad day - had a big row with one of my best mates over her stupid boyf who controls her and doesnt let her spend anytime with us girls or go out etc tells her what to wear and everythin!!! - try telling someone what they dont wanna hear even when its true is a really bad idea. i gotta just keep it buttoned sometimes!! its hard when u care bout someone thou and u cant make them see what everyone else can see - and u know they are gonna get hurt - anyway after that i ate 3 bowls of cereal and half jar peanut butter - now i could just cry!!! anyway now iv got that guilt off my chest i can resume trying to be 100% again- cant believe only 16 days left now

i have prob just blown all my efforts - hate to think points in peanut butter. im gonna be running every day this week - and gonna try not to think about my row with my mate for rest of day so i dont eat anymore - why is it soon as im upset first thing i do is bloody binge - im so angry at myself.. and my mate - well her stupid boyfriend anyway!!

im soooo mad - i almost even had a cigarette - and iv given up nearly 4 months - sooooo glad i ate rather than smoked cos i know i can put extra hours in the gym - but one fag may hav led to a whole lot more of a problem for me!

anyway hope ur weekends are better than mine xxx
 
Aww gabs soz to hear bout your row, i had more or less same thing with my best mate couple of years ago & she is still with the d*ckhead boyfriend & is completely miserable!! & i wanna say "i told you years ago he was a waste of space" but she wont get out of the relationship its so maddening:mad:!

Can relate to the smoking aswell i gave up last sept oh still smokes & when im peed off i really feel like a cig but have managed to resist so far!!

Just wanna say put today behind you no matter how upset you are.. we have only got 2weeks & 2days till our hols!! my tickets have come its so exciting have got to be mega strict as i wasnt that good the weekend:(

Sorry to hear about your mate ... I guess all you can do now is be there for her when it eventually goes t*ts up!! And don't beat yourself up about the Peanut butter (trying not to drool here ... I miss Peanut butter soo much ...) At least you didn't smoke .... and just think how much damage the binge would have been if you hadn't already been 100%

You'll pull it back - your a 100% guru!!

Glad the jobs going good - hope the 2nd week is as good as the first!!

I scale hopped and its bad news im 2lbs up - i cant believe it - 2 days before wi and i have to pull back 2lbs!! just to sts -im such an idiot - im gonna be in the gym 2 hours today and tomoro trying thats for sure.. and i just walked to work 2 miles and will walk back later and again tomorro - so that gives me an extra 4 miles exercise each day on top of the gym - and low low points - im prayin for a sts...

then i only got 2 weeks till vegas -can i do 2lbs per week and still get my 10 stone target???? it seems impossible right now but im gonna give it a damn good go.

It's not the end of the world if you don't make the 10st target ... if your 2lb or so off you're still going to look fantastic in your bikini! So don't worry too much!! Saying that though - I know you can do it ... specially with all that exercise ... and even if you don't - you would have toned up and look like you have!!

Sorry haven't been on for ages! Sorry to hear about the row with your friend. I have a friend who is exactly the same. She used to be so glam and never went out the house without makeup and her her done, now you'll be lucky if she puts a brush through her hair, and it's all down to him. If we go out and she's having fun, he'll mysteriously come down with an illness and they have to go home! And we are the only ones that can see it! Just got to sit back and be there for her when she realises what he is doing to her.

On the peanut butter side of things, have you and Twiggy tried the peanut butter chicken curry that is on the web site, it is lush. If not I'll gladly give you the recipe. You are doing so well and like you say at least you didn't have that cig!

You can do this, you know you can and in 2 weeks you'll be living the dream in Vegas baby!!

Morning Gabs oh dont stress about the 2lbs especially if its not WI you will do great and as Twigs have said before if you do have a gain you will be so toned from all the exercise you've been doing so its a win win situation ;)

Now you have to promise us and take LOADS of photos of you looking fab in your bikini is Las Vegas:D
