Hello my darling 4lbs that's fab so chuffed for you xxx as for the hold why not book the time off but don't book it until a few weeks before, that way you'll know whether you are well enough/ happy with your weight and you might snaffle a bargain! Hubby and I got 2 weeks Cuba in sandals for £1000 a few years back last minute it was fabulous

Thanks for all the lovely comments MM friends. Today has been a good day as have kepy myself rather busy. I popped out this morning in search of diesel which I thought would be a nightmare but had no problem at all! Thought best to treat my car so took it for a car wash and it looked gorgeous but only on the outside! I then came home and spent 2 hours scrubbing and hoovering the inside and it now looks like new! Sad thing is I quite enjoyed it!!
Thanks for all the advice aboutt the doctors too....I know you are all right and I wuld be giving anyone else the exact same advice. I will see how I feel in a couple of days and if still suffering then I will go along for a chat with them. I promise.
2 shakes down so bar time soon then bed for me.......hope everyone is doing ok xxxx

So now Wednesday and I'm still flying the flag for this journey! drank gallons of water yesterday and spent the whole day dreaming of nutella but thankfully it stayed only in my thoughts and not in reality!! Work is super super stressful at the moment so is proving the be very testing. So far I have not caved in and I'm hoping I can stay so strong. The old me (hidden in the lard at the mo) would be going straight to goodies to reward myself for such punishing stress, however for now I am seeking solice in water, coffee and trash TV!!!!
So hubbie has taken the plunge and booked us a holiday!!! So let Operation Jamaica re-commence!!! Feels a bit like de-ja-vu and I am petrified that something will happen again to ruin our lovkley plans. It's going to cost mega bucks but we both figure we deserve it after a cruel year. So we fly mid-November and I WANT/ WILL be 12 stone by then. Last year this was my goal and I made it to 15.4 before having to stop for surgery and then eventually flew out weighing a colossal 16.12. I have now set myself some firm goals which I haven't done before. I will weigh my holiday weight by my birthday in May and then slowly hopefully shrink to a near 12 stone by the time we fly. I would be sooooooooooooo happy if I can make it this time. I ahve to put my health first I know so if more surgery crops up between then and now then I know this will affect my plans and I will have to deal with that but for now, I am going to stay strong and stay on this wagon in the hope I can achieve my goal and be a bikini babe (ok still obese but a lot less obese) by the time I fly!!!!!
So here I go......watch me shrink!!!!!

Today has been a good day. Thought to myself...mmmmmm tis a bank holiday weekend this weekend so that can only mean one thing......25% OFF CLOTHES AT SAINSBURY'S!!!!!!!!!!
Oh I do love a bargain. Bought a gorgoues size 18 linen dress which fits snugky now but is ready for a wedding on 4th June so that should be OK by then, 2 tops in a size 16 which fit now (sizes???) and a size 14 cover-up cardi (again sizes!!) I have no idea what my sizes are right now as I am wearing such a concoction of clothes from a variety of shops! was lovley feeling coming out of Sainsbury's with only diet coke that was for me- no protein nibbles, gouda or nutella!! Woooooo hoooooooo........
Just baking a lovely smelling fruit cake for my Mum's Cake day she is hosting next month for charity. I promised I would do her one for guess the weight of the cake! man it smells lush! None is passing my lips thos...I even immediately covered the mixing spoons with washing up liquid so I couldn't be tempted!

Cheers babe....not just me tho....we're ALL gonna ace it! I used to hate fruit cake too but man I lurve it now (plus any other cake really hence I am the size of a whale!!)
