Gah bit of a blip

    Hi all
    A restarter here. Day 4 and I'd been doing so good. Today I had some low fat cottage cheese (with onion), some chicken breast, 2 x eggs and some ham:cry: and no longer in ketosis. Any ideas what will have taken me out? I'm guessing the onion? Just waiting for that little stick to turn pink again.On the positive side, I am showing an 8lb loss already this week:D

    I'm guessing it could be the onion or the ham? some ham has added sugars etc in.
    what plan are you on?
    it sounds like you are putting it behind you and carrying on though which is great, good luck x

    Hello I'm meant to be doing SS but sometimes do SS+ to keep me on track. Better to have a blip that way than chocolate!

    I am also doing SS or SS+ depending on my mood!
    I generally do SS but also have a couple of cups of coffee with skimmed milk and some cottage cheese and cucumber (about 200g) when I feel like I need to eat something! I also have 1 can of coke zero a day, not strictly allowed but hey it works for me and it feels like a treat!!!
