i had two fleixsyn days this week, but i only used it for alcohol i didnt go over the top, but i have been skipping meals and ust eating melon during the day, think ive got stuck in the "maybe if i eat less i will lose more" mode, clearly dosnt work!!!
back to stuffing my face with free foods i think lol

I find the same. The week before last I really wanted to get a good loss and I reduced the amount I ate. Ended up staying the same.

As many posters remind us, think of that picture of a pound of fat!!

Think of it logically though. When you get really hungry, and then eat, your body will panic and store the food in case starvation is likely to happen again. If you eat regularly, your body doesn't feel the need to store for emergencies.
