    :confused: WHY do I try. I gained 0.4lbs this week and don't know why.:mad:

    Bloody hell its hardly a lot! 4lbs, yes. 0.4 pounds is pretty much a trip to the toilet!

    Awww, silverlady. Annoying isn't it :mad: but as heartagram says, it's nothing really. Could just be some fluid retention.

    You don't say what diet you've been doing, or how much you hoped to have lost? If you've been reducing your calories in some way with 'whatever' plan, it will come off, but you just have to be patient sometimes :hug99:

    ah dont worry bout it you'll do better next week. i have weigh in at weight watchers tomo night and im dreading it, i have ate so much this weekend but ill just work harder next week and you'll do the same :D
