Green Days gave atkins ago and now im back!!

    So I fell off the wagon for a month or two. Decided on trying atkins after someone at work doing it. Anyway I got to weekend and totally caved in!!

    Not only was I shaking all the time, I really do think it's unhealthy plus you cannot eat any fruit and very limited veggies.

    Plus...... I haven't had a POO all the week I've been on it!!!! Lol

    I've been considering Atkins too at the moment, but I think all the counting carbs would drive me insane, even the low carb stuff (cheese) you can only have in moderation.

    Slimming World I think wins. I do love green days.

    Yes I ws an Atkins follower off and on for several years. I found it worked wonders for weight loss, and I never suffered any digestive probelms that I know people can. BUt its not sustainable. Every time you go back to normal eating, weight piles on at a fantastic rate.
    Slimming World is quite simply, sensible eating. I have been putting my food diary into my phone app and am amazed at how little fat I am eating. Its great! I still take on a reasonable amount of calories 1800-2000 daily, but the fat is very low. Hopeing that this will lead to some good weight losses over the next few months !

    i use the minimins one on my i phone but also one called my net diary :)
