Don't be too hard on yourself ... sometimes it happens.

I don't know anything about your particular diet but just remind yourself, tomorrow is another day, forget today and just get back the diet.

    Good luck

Just get back on the Lipotrain, good luck with your next week.
Plus LT is also dealing with other things, that got us where we weigh. So just see it as a learning curve and move on. You're human.

don't beat yourself up about it. we are all only human and sometimes we let ourselves down - but that was one moment and you can bounce back and get back on LT 100% and have fabby fab fab losses!

    Hi Angel

Dont feel bad; and you are being so negative about yourself, which doesnt help you. What has happened, has happened. Just step aside and look to the future. We all have our little falls, but we are all still going strong. Try and remain positive.

You will get there, you have done so well so far, and I know that feeling of constipation. I had it for 9 days the other week and was in agony. I got some Fibreclear from the pharmacy, which I think is a LT product and it has helped.

Just remember how far you have come dont beat yourself up!

    Take good care!

LT, now cc-ing to lose Christmas blubber!
Do try the fibreclear, but use a laxative like ducolax or senokot if you don't go for a few days so you don't end up needing an enema again! Are you drinking plenty?
I drink enough, and use fibreclear, but still need to use ducolax once a week or so to 'go'. I guess my bowel is as lay as the rest of me!

We are all human and make judgements that in retrospect we regret. What is done is done so just make sure you learn from this and make it into a positive thing. You feel really bad at the moment so remember this feeling and be determined not to repeat it. Many people on here will tell you they fell off the wagon in the early days, got back on and went on to successfully get to target.

Good luck and hang in there.
