    i had sticky chicken for dinner and its one of the best things ive tasted since i started this diet it tastes similar to breaded chicken nuggets........


    Ingredients

    Brown Sugar Splenda
    1/3 cup,

    Chicken Breasts skinless boneless 2 lbs
    garlic salt1 teaspoon

    Gingerpowder 1/2 teaspoon
    Oat Bran ground into flour1/2 cup
    Paprika1 teaspoon

    Soy sauce1/4 cup
    Water1/2 cup
    Worcestershire Sauce1 Tablespoon


    Instructions

    1
    Slice chicken into thick strips. Dry on paper towels. Mix flour, garlic salt, paprika and ginger. Coat chicken and place in skillet sprayed with Pam. Brown chicken. Place into casserole dish.

    Combine brown sugar, water, worcestershire sauce and soy sauce in saucepan and stir over low hear until sugar dissolves. Pour over chicken. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Baste a few times while cooking.

    This would also be amazing in the crock pot. Follow directions but instead of putting it in the oven, cook for 5 hours on low.

    I'm going to try this one day this week, I haven't got a grinder for the oatbran though so I'm going to try it as it is

    Brown Sugar Splenda sounds interesting. Anyone know if there's somewhere I can get hold of it in the UK? I've failed to find a supplier via Google so far, other than shipping from Amazon US which is ££££

    this is one of my fave pp dinners i add chilli for some added kick :)
