Thought it might be useful if I started a food diary in the hope that I can stay on track and you guys can tell me if I am going wrong.
so here goes.... please do let me know if I am going wrong ...
DAY 1

Lunch
Jacket Potato

3 x baby bell light ( hex a)
Pineapple
Dinner
Sweet potato curry with onions , mushrooms , tomatoes , courgettes
Brown Rice
Snack
Toffee muller light yoghurt
