    Day One-7/7/10

    B- handful of raspberries, handful of strawberries with a muller light vanilla yoghurt over it

    L-Jacket Potato with Baked Beans with lettuce n cucumber

    D-Chicken Risotto- made with chicken, oyster mushrooms, normal mushrooms, peas and green beans

    Hexa- 28g prmesan cheese
    HexaB-2 slices of WW wholemeal bread

    Syns- Kit Kat 5.5 & Muller cheesecake yoghurt 1


    Day 2

    B-Muller light toffee yoghurt with a banana

    L-Ham, Lettuce Cucumber spring onion
    squirt of light salad cream (1 syn)

    D-Lettuce, cucumber, spring onion, jacket potato n 2 quorn burgers

    kit kat 5.5 syns

    does this look ok so far?

    Hi - which plan are you following? I would say fill up your superfree, I struggle with my HEB, is that all you had for lunch? Why not have it with HEB crispbreads, bag ryvita minis or WW bread? If you are struggling for meal ideas (I did at first) I looked at the diaries of members with lots of pages for inspiration and ideas, and there are loads of lovely recipes on the recipe pages, good luck, donna x
