Vegetable medley: 38

S- 2x Walkers Shortbread: 220
Cadbury easter egg 1/4: 132

Total= 1067

Exercise- 55 mins walk: 212
30 mins bike ride: 237

B- Oat so simple golden syrup with semi skimmed milk: 216

L- Scrambled eggs (2 large eggs) and 1 slice warbutons medium: 197

D- Meatballs and Rice: 385

S: Ice cream and choc sauce: 250
Original pringles: 150

Total- 1198

Exercise- 30 mins: 130
Thanks! I'm aiming for 1200 per day.

Today I had:

L- Pea and Pancetta Soup: 250

D- Chicken Fajita (wrap,chicken,peppers,onions,guacamole and creme fraiche) x2: 693

Total: 1100


Walking: 35 mins- 152

L- Smoked Turkey and Lentil Soup: 159

D- Ham and Leek Cannelloni:402

Total: 718 (Very low so will maybe bulk it up with a treat of choc ice cream)


Walking: 40 mins- 173


Slimming down the aisle
Georgina I'm not sure if you realise but you're going through and bringing up some pretty old posts. This post hasn't had a post in over 18 months so I don't think you'll get replies hun :)
