Well I have managed to last 2 weeks which has amazed me .. only about another 20 odd to go

Got chucked out of work early by the boss to go get weighed and I found out I had lost 7lbs this week which means I have lost 1st 2lbs in total in two weeks. To say I am happy is an understatment

I actually danced all the way back through the car park !
