Get moving challenge??

I need to get up off my rather large behind and do some exercise.

I am pretty active as it is, Ive got horses so after work Im there mucking out stables for around 3 hours but Ive got a mini gym in my house, rowing machine, cross trainer, running machine, all of which I havent used for god knows how long.

I need to get motivated to get moving more so for a month today, I challenge myself to do 2 and a half hours in the gym a week anyone want to join me? You can set yourself any goal as long as it involves moving more then you usually would.
