Get togethers

I can put 2-4 people up too:)

I'm still in - got it blocked in the diary:D
Xx

I can't do that Friday now but can do Saturday evening and anytime on Sunday :)

I'll be at Earls Court on the 12th or 13th with the kids for Discover dogs. x

Oooh goodie will we have a chance to meet up, Linz? Katie, Di and I were chatting about it last night and thought, depending on how many people need a bed, maybe we could focus it around West London, where Hotel Katie is :D - so a meet up is do-able.

Fab - so who's for West London then?

Quite a few people can't do the Friday night so how about we meet for lunch on Saturday in Richmond (Gourmet Burger Company, maybe? Gourmet Burger Kitchen - Our food: - oooh they have one called the Kiwiburger!), then go shopping and/or for a stroll along the river, then back to Katie's to rest and natter, then out - either Richmond again or somewhere central.

The latter is my preferred option, because then Londoners can all get home easily enough from a central point, and everyone else can be escorted back to Katie's - who has kindly volunteered some beds :)

Then if we have any energy left, maybe meet somewhere central again - South Bank is lovely, or Greenwich - for brunch and ta ta?

Who can go, and when?
- Susie (Sat/Sun)
- Lisa
- Katie
- Di
- Linzi?

Hello all:)
I have just checked engineering work on trains and looks fine for saturday (it's been horrible recently) so should be easy for londoners to get out to richmond and us all to get up to town for dinner. Sunday there are works but looks like either train from twickenham or tube both possible.

I assume that drivers are also likely to be needing beds so suggest that you come and park at my house and then we can jump on bus to richmond for lunch. Tea offered for all at my house - perhaps i can get DH to do some (legal) baking?!

I like the idea of dinner up in town so easy for all to get home - anyone got any favorite spots they fancy?

For beds - i can put up to three in our guest room. If more then i need to start negotiating with DD about her (messy) playroom:eek:! Let me know who is interested.

Re sunday - any suggestions and who is interested? Brunch somewhere might be fun!

Linz- when will you know what day you are at earls court? Are you doing a day trip or could you sneak a stay over with/without the kids? It's a very easy tube ride richmond/earls court so maybe we can work around that for tea/drink/dinner/brunch. What do you fancy?

Look forward to more ideas!
Xx

I'm really looking forward to it!

I'll be back from Tiptree late Saturday afternoon and will just dump case at home and then head to wherever we decide to meet! :)

Bump - just looking at diary and realise this is only 10 days away !

Who is still interested to join?
Xx
