Getting a grip

Crisps -

1.Mix soup into a paste.
2. Using tip of teaspoon, spread mix in circular motion until about size if a crisp, onto microwave plate. Cover plate with mix.
3.Sprinkle with pepper if desired, maybe chilli flakes or garlic?
4. Blitz in microwave for about 2 mins. Keep watching. They will rise. Trick is to catch them before they get too dry.
5. Use knife to seperate crisps from plate. They should be a little bit moist. Turn over and blitz fir another 30 secs to make them dry out a bit more and get crispy.

I get about 10 crisps from half a soup sachet. It took me a few goes to get it right. They are lovely with a glass if sparkling water!

Good luck :) x

Cheers for that my dear - will have to give em a go!!

By the way, have you seen my weight update - after just three days?!?! I am astounded!!

1.5 stone is completely doable! By the time you see hubby he will be bowled over by your transformation! I feel like you do lots of times, wanting to minimise the shock of people seeing the fat me, hate that. You've got ages yet, you'll be well into the 10s by then and the only shock they will get is how hot and confident you will look :D xx

Thanks chick :) think feeling good is the key. Looking good comes after that!

Yes, OH will see a difference. He's a wee darling. Never comments on my gains. Bless him :) x

Another fab positive post TH, thanks for that :) I like the way you've scheduled your foods throughout the day, I love a good plan!

You'll have great losses before your events I'm sure, plus you'll have great shape due to all the effort you put into your exercise xx

Right. Some pictures. They are awful :-/ Look away now if ur squeamish!

I've took pics in my knicks deliberately for you lot, because most people take phots with leggings and vest tops and u kind if think they don't have a jelly belly and stretch marks etc. I do. Here's mines!

This is my exante temple. I can see difference from side. I feel better in myself than those pictures.

That's my problem, I have the opposite of thinking I'm fat all the time. I think I'm slimmer than what I am and then am shocked when I see photos!

Anyway, here goes... X

Wow that's fab!! your waist has changed the most i reckon - am well jealous!

That is an amazing change for 4 weeks - sooooo chuffed for you! X

You can totally tell the difference! Well done! x

Thats brilliant :)

Awww thanks for ur lovely comments ladies. It really helps, especially when no-one has noticed my loss yet!

Got a long way to go as u can see by the pics but I am determined to get there. People will look at the end pics and say 'my goodness, is that the same person? It can't be!' Ok that was a bit dramatic but you get my drift!

So Day 37...

Lovely night with daughter watching TV and gabbing on my bed. She did my nails for me. Bless her :)

Got a cracking day lined up. Gym then shopping with my bestie to get something to dress her head for her wedding. We r looking for a tiny tiara. Nothing too big. She's quite delicate :)

Then my brothers and sisters shall be arriving tonight from Cornwall and Scotland. I will join them tomorrow. Excited!

I will make Fri, Sat and Sun a WS day and will obviously not have any alcohol. I stocked up on coke zero and sparkling water to take with me! Going to take a selection of packs with me. We'll see how it goes...

Anyway, I hope you all have a great day and are feeling focussed. . X

No Susie, he doesn't know I'm on a diet. I haven't made a big thing of it. He's probably seen a change in my face when we FaceTime but I try to put camera at an angle anyway! X

Oh I love that he doesn't know, he's going to be so proud of you xx I haven't told my son I'm dieting either so he'd better notice a difference when he gets back from Afghanistan - I read on the internet of a soldier who returned from a 5 or 6 month posting and walked past his wife as he didn't recognise her as she'd been on a vlcd, he only saw her when he recognised his child :)

Have a wonderful weekend with your family xx
