Lost count of what day I'm on!

Anyway, it's week 2 and it's DD :)

Been to the gym for about 1 1/2 hours. Worked quite hard so the UDs are working to fuel me. I would have to spend about 12 hours in the gym to burn off what I ate, mind you!

Anyway, not had any breakfast and think ill skip lunch to save my calories for later on. I'm a terrible non-planner, dis-organised dieter :-/
