Getting back into it!

Hey I have just started back onto propoints again i am hoping to achieve my target weight of 11st before Christmas that is a total weight loss of a stone, I would love any tips encouragement you could give me! my main problem is eating when i am bored and my sweet tooth!
Had a total of 26 points today, hungry now so i am goin to have a cup of tea no biscuts! :(

Hi Bellabella. I'm restarting with weightwatchers also, but I 'm doing Discovery as I can't get along with propoints!
I am the same; eating when bored and with a huge sweet tooth. My best advice to you is sugar free jelly! Its 0 pp and hits the sweet tooth right between the eyes. Its quite filling too xx
