Oh my days running on the tail end of a hangover isn't good!! I'm aching everywhere I thought I was going to be sick blurgh but hey I did it that's a whole 2 hours this week !! Go me!!!

1.5lb GAIN whats that all about!! But hey im straight back on plan keeping the running up hoping it was just a mix of factors (i wore jeans and i weighed on an evening not a morning) and i will get a loss next week

Hi, I'm a similar size to you so thought I'd have a read through. Have you thought of changing your HEX's about a bit? You seem to have porridge and milk most days... I find by mixing it up I can lose more? Well done on the running. I did an 'exercise week' last week but can feel a STS coming this week as I won't have time to do as much.
 
Gosh it was sooo hard coming back on here after so many months but reading how motivated I was helping! I'm back on day 3 of my diet so wish me look! I'll start posting again soon

Bit of a wierd day yesterday! Stayed on track all day then had to bake muffins and tried my hardest to resist, almost managed it and went to bed! Had to come back down for my phone charger and they were calling my name!!!

god im crap at writing things down!!! I will get the hang of it and do it daily going to try making writing in here my last thing at night routine before bed!!

have got lots of portions of speed soup out of freezer in garage and put them in kitchen freezer so i can have at least 1 portion a day for rest of week too i really want ar loss on thursday but have eaten too many syns friday and saturday for some reason all i wanted to do was eat.

been much better today.
