had a real crap time of it lately but im back still feeling blurgh but im on here and im ready to try again!!

Just been trying to roughly guess how many syns ive had over last few days and its not good :(

today = 33 syns
yesterday = 16 syns
friday = 19syns
thursday not got a clue

doesnt bode well for weigh in especially seems as though ive been off my food so not really eaten much except the syns so heres my line

got to get back on track ive done as always and got half way to target and then fell off the wagon, this time im determined to plan plan plan
ive got my shopping list and my weeks menu sorted hopefully i'll have a better week from all angles
 
day 1 of 30 day shred complete now going to soak my achy muscles and hope my queasy feeling calms down so i can flop into bed and sleeeeep
