Getting to goal this time - my last ever food diary!

Of course honey.. It's literally just a Schwartz packet mix called meatball pasta bake, works out at 2.5 syns for half a pack and its a mahooosive portion! Xx

I looked for this today and couldn't find it gutted lol xx
 
Thursday 8th November - Red Day

Breakfast
Skinny Lizzie sausage (1 syn)
Scrambled egg
Ketchup (1 syn)
1 Kerry Low Low Toastie Cheese slice (1/3 HeA)

Lunch
M&S small wholemeal submarine roll (1/2 HeB)
Asda fajita chicken
Homemade scotch egg - 1 Skinny Lizzie sausage (1 syn), hard boiled egg, 12g Smash (2 syns)
1 Rocky Road Hifi light

Dinner
Melt in the middle burgers (1 Babybel light, 1 Kerry Low Low Toastie cheese slice = 2/3 HeA)
230g baking potato made into wedges (HeB)
Ketchup (1 syn)

Snacks
Jelly (1/2 syn)
9 chunks Dairy Milk with Oreo (13 syns)

Syns:

Gotta be honest! Awful !! But I've planned it for today I'm working 6 days straight now and I need to be organised late tonight early tomo so I'm planing tomos food this morning as well! I need to get in the zone I'm getting huge

I think the key is finding the time to be organised.. Once you get that sorted the rest is pretty straightforward really :) Xxxx
 
Did well at work.. Only had 4 Haribo all night :) just making myself a snack before bed now! Here's hoping for another 100% day tomorrow :D xxx
 
Saturday 10th November - Red Day

Damons -
2 pieces of bread with marg
Chicken wings, onion loaf, potato skins
1/2 rack of BBQ ribs (not sure on syns??), chicken tenders, mouthful of baked potato

Dinner - if I'm hungry when I get home from work!
Bolognese sauce

Snacks
Asda sweet chilli beef
Banana
9 chunks Dairy Milk Caramel (14 syns)
Then a loooad of Cadbury Crunchie Dairy Milk when I got in.. So god knows how many syns!

Syns:
Not sure on syns so I'm going to take 15 out of my weekly allowance and carry on from there..

Okay so I've been thrown a curveball today! My dad is coming up to see me and we're going out for ribs :) it'll be difficult to make a good decision food wise so I'm just going to enjoy the meal and get straight back on it afterwards.. I think that's a good enough plan! I probably won't be needing any dinner cuz I'll be so full, so that's something.. :D
 
Good plan hun! It's hard to be 100% all the time I like to go out we just have to be good for most of the time and make better choices I guess

Okay so tonight I've slipped back into my old habits of picking at work again. Currently having some chocolate too as its been a stressful night! No excuse I know but hey its making me feel better. Will certainly be back on it tomorrow as I've already had 3 great days out of 7, and I'm determined to make the rest count too :)

You can do it! I'm day three now feeling good I've just tried to make sure I cook extra to be organised what do you work as?
