Friday 11th October - Extra Easy

1 Leerdammer cheese slice (part of HexA)

Not sure if anyone still subscribes to this diary, but I rejoined group Tuesday night so I'm starting this diary up again :)

So far I haven't had a very good week.. Yesterday was going great then I binged at work :( Felt so gutted with myself after and was determined to put it behind me today and have a good day, but it's turned into another day off plan. Eurgh, need to get my head back in it.

I've got Body Combat tomorrow morning so looking forward to burning plenty of cals then, hopefully that'll get me back on track. Here's the plan for tomorrow...
 
Friday 7th March 2014 - Extra Easy

Normally I fall off the wagon over the weekend, but since I've been off plan the past two days I'll be trying extra hard at the weekend to stick to my syns :)
