Getting to goal :)

RebekahR... I'm SO determined to get to my goal now even more to prove to myself that my mother can't derail me anymore! I've let her snide remarks keep me being big for too long, its my time to shine now :) and I will look F**king amazing on my wedding day :D x x x

6weeks and 6 days Dee ;) getting very excited but a bit nervous....not about getting married but fitting that blooming dress lol. Once I try it on and it fits I'll be happier and won't have a thing to worry about.

This weather isn't helping with boosting the feel good feelings ...the storm we had yesterday was a nightmare. Disco wasn't overly focused at his training last night, the hall we had has loads of windows and the lightening kept flashing through the room.

I did my toning circle dvd yesterday and thank goodness today I can actually move without needing the painkillers or anti inflams ~lol~ so must be getting better. Today I'm going to do the bouncy dvd as I think alternating them will work better for me than just sticking with 1 dvd.

Also today if I finish the dogs in time this morning I am going to take my boys out for a nice long walk :) love taking them both out, they are so funny when we go to the park and play. x x x
 
How exciting!! I would love to get married but know we can't with my boobs etc currently..be so happy when they are gone!!

Can't wait to see the dress, you will be in it and looking gorgeous :)

Exercise ahoy!! Good the aches ate easing, it does get better or we get used to the pain LOL

I am keeping focused 1lb off at a time ;) and not worry about the big picture. If I go to mad that's when I wobble, so learning as I go with this. I am feeling so much better today, in 2 weeks time I go on holiday and on the MFP it said I could be 210 by the day before ;) so I'll see how good it is at tracking my actual weight progress. I've turned into a right bore and track everything I eat and every bit of exercise I do as well :) trying to get some good habit going ;) x x x

Know what you feel about the good habits.... I'm like that with MFP...

I now like having an evening meal.... as its teaching me good healthy teas.....

Its good.... Its breakfasts i struggle with.... but i think we cant go wrong with a high protein diet.... low carb all the way.....

Aw thanks honey :) happy is as happy does. Thought may as well be positive because being defeatest means I've learnt nothing along the way. I've adopted the positive mentality and can do it attitude because nothing ever came to those who didn't fit tooth and nail to achieve it x x x
 
Well TOTM strikes again ...typical for WI day but pleased to report 223.2lbs but have lost inch off waist so it's all going good with that. Although stupidly yesterday I twisted awkwardly and have managed to damage my foot again same foot same place...very swollen and painful again :(

Looks like I'm bike riding and doing toning circle DVD for a while again ggrrr I prefer the other DVD work out but at least I can do something ;) seee being thrown all these probs and issues and I'm working around them and not turning to food for comfort :D wooohooo huge break through for me.

Although being made to rest up today by OH :) x x x
 
Finished work and OH agreed I could go out on my bike, used low gears as when I did it originally doc said I could still cycle because it won't put too much pressure on my foot. When I got back foots a bit owie so have been sitting resting it on a bag of frozen peas lol.

Strangely enough this time I'm not getting annoyed and wanting to eat everything in sight even tho it's TOTM which has kinda amazed me. I'm finally getting I can't eat away how I'm feeling, I work it away now ;)

I've got a busy weekend ahead work wise and Sunday were going to see the wedding co-ordinator at our reception venue to talk numbers and menus :) all exciting but will keep me outta trouble lol x x x

Were having the reception at Ye Olde Plough House and we've got the barn which is beautiful :)

I'm pleased to report managing to keep STS whilst on which is an unheard of before for me, so very excited about what my weight will be when I'm not TOTM ;)

Busy working day today :( but it pays the bills so can't grumble. Foot is still hurting but not as bad as I thought it would be thankfully, so going to do some more cycling again :) tonight as I do love going out on my bike and listening to my music :) some real me time x x x
