Getting to goal :)

Thanks girlies :0) it really does help to talk about it. I'm gonna try doing shakes ATM and knock the food bit on the head as I think that is what's messing me up. Have plenty to get me through at least 2 weeks then can add in the meal bits. Also life may just have sorted itself out by then lol

Love the sit down rule :0) gonna try that if I dare to want to eat :0(

I know I don't need it which annoys me more ggrrr but I can do this. I may get my nails done tomorrow as I'm off and it might cheer me up :0) with all that's happened lately. I think Monday will be a turning point in so many ways as have hospital in the morning about my wrist then Docs in the evening for girlie probs so will hopefully have some answers :0) x x x

To be honest hun... I think the food sometimes is too much of a temptation.....

I just have some veg with my evening meal pack now!! Just to bump it up an bit and i dont bother with the chicken!!!

I find that works for me....

I love my porridge and the convenience of the bars but i totally get where your coming from!!! X

Right watched obese a year to save my life last night and the woman lost 100lbs in 3 months without surgery! That is now my goal and I'm going to make the time to exercise and get my butt into that dress!

Back on doing the shake today as food is my problem ...because I can have salad must put something over it to add flavour :0( and so u see why it doesn't work!

Like I said I've given myself a serious talking to and seem to have made some progress. Housework is getting attacked today and possibly a bit of gardening then have to take both dogs out for a walk which all gets my butt moving!

So frustrated at myself but I will change this around I will NOT be beaten! X x x

Yup the more I pee the skinnier I'll be ;0)

Actually loving it today and think I needed to knock the food tbh ...3 months to lose 100lbs! That's my challenge :0) and after watching that lady last night I know it can be done. I'm going to be selfish and not post weekly WI's as they knock me sometimes...going for monthly drops unless I change my mind ...we'll see.

I have stuck a tea towel over the telly so I'm not tempted to just sit down ...that's what's got me here so it's not a help. This way I've got to physically move the tea towel lol

Also as my daughter has allergies now I don't have sausage rolls in the house ;0) so can't cheat on them :) woohoo

It was only watching that program last night that made me realise I need to make time for me and looking back that was when I dropped the weight before!

So I'm going to do this otherwise ur both right I'd regret it forever! X x x

Very positive steps taken today :0) been out twice with my dogs. Brilliant thing about border collies they'll walk for hours :0)

As for the food I'm doing great :0) had 1 shake and 1 meal but without the veg or other bits ;0) seems to be working...and drinking more water ;0) x x x

I'm so proud of myself shivie :0) I'm making time for me!! But feel guilty but it's a must!

I need to sort out my work out DVDs and do those at night as they were great when I first lost weight!

Today has been truely amazing in all aspects. I've had such a productive day with housework and getting things sorted as I don't do messy living :( that gets me down tbh.

Managed to take the dogs out twice and do lots of lovely walking in the sunshine today which is always good for boosting the feel good hormones ;)

I took my little girl with me when I got my nails done and she got hers painted at the same time ....finding out today all the little things I did that got me to goal last time round. Making time for myself and caring about myself is the best way to get to goal :D

Taken a little while for me to get with the programme but finally realised what it is that keeps me on track and going with it :D x x x
 
Well day 1 done :D woohoo stayed 100% :party0049:

Had to have a lil peek at the scales this morning and TOTALLY worth it :D -3lbs woooohhoooooo :D :D I know this is water weight but I've done it ...97lbs still to go ;)

I know I've set Myself a huge challenge but life is 1 big challenge and I accept!

I'm over the moon that by changing something very simple I've managed to get back on track again. I think I needed the control of the no food to keep me going. Whatever reason its working and I'm on the way to ketosisvil ;)

Have a muzzy head this morning so need to drink more water. I'm working this morning but this afternoon I need to get the garden lawns done again...that's great exercise ...plus ironing and putting clothing away.

Also I've only got a week until my OH comes home :wee::wee::wee:

Feeling very good about things now ...and uber pleased I'm managing to keep 100%. It was a saving grace that I could have coke zero last night as it was sweet and kept me from fridge raiding!

Also I took myself to bed early as that's another one of mine that I pick when I'm bored late at night.

So full steam ahead today...don't think I'll be ordering any choc cereal thingys ::spit:..don't know unless you try them lol

I think my next order will be the porridge...mac cheese as those are nommy so far..also need a few of the bars for quickness as they are life savers!

Just happy to report back on being on target again :) knows the weight won't go overnight but at least I'm 3lbs nearer my 100lbs in 3 months target :D x x x

Thanks Dee :) as usual your support is unwavering and truely inspirational with your losses.

I'm hoping that by the time OH is home I can lose a stone ;) which is only another 11lbs after all ;) lol nothing like aiming for the skys huh

I know I'm setting myself tough challenges but I'm determind to do this and I always seem to rise to the bigger challenges in the past.

Getting girliefied (not garfeild) yesterday was my BEST idea yet! Its making me feel good about myself again and that's my key to doing this plan.

I've put cropped jeans on that use to be too tight ...but now are baggy ;) woohooo another bonus. Note to self might need to do some summer clothes shopping. Still kept the stone off that I originally lost on LT so I'm pleased about that...least its not a complete restart on the weight front.

I've got my day planned out ...and the weather is uber helping things :) I don't do being cold!

I'm so pleased I'm back on track ...its cheered me right up. Monday will sort a lot of my problems out hopefully...but either way I'm back in CONTROL!
