Feeling like I might have turned a corner with how I'm feeling here's hoping anyways! Still trying to take it easy but bit hard with 4 dogs in today lol.

I'm still keeping 100% so it's not all bad and we'll be pleased if I lose anything more before the wedding but it's not essential that I lose anything which is a huge relief and takes some of the pressure off me x x x

I'm just pleased to be staying 100% with how I've been feeling lately I'm just pleased to be on the right path

I've beaten 1 huge demon in doing so, it means I've proven to myself that I can face things without turning to food in any way that's hopefully going to see me through when I'm on refeed which isn't going to be for a while but I'm pleased and not so scared about it now x x x

I'll be having a meal with the parents the afternoon before the wedding thought it'd be nice to all get together before hand. I'm not worried as I've sensibly chosen before when I've been out and not changed on the scales

After the wedding I'm having a week off plan no refeed just a week off and then coming back on plan to shift the rest of my weight need to get beach ready for honeymoon later on in the year x x x
