Sorry for neglecting my diary and others diaries but with the wedding so close it's a bit manic!
Just a quick update :~ WI today is
203.6lbs which means I've lost in total 58.4lbs since starting my diet! I'm over the flaming moon with that, I will be back on it once the wedding and mini moon are done I've given myself a week off plan but will calorie count during that time so it shouldn't be too bad a gain.
I wanted to say a massive Thank you to everyone whose posted a comment on my diary during this time as you've all been part of the reason ive managed to keep going x x x

I've decided not to weigh anymore before the wedding as I'm having a family meal the day before the wedding so don't wanna freak myself out when I see the scales shoot up, knows it won't be proper weight just water weight.
I'm debating taking some packs on mini moon with me, as too scared of undoing all my good work. I will makes sensible choices but foods only a fuel now not a comfort or crutch for emotional problems x x x

My brain worries too much lol knows I can easily lose it once back from mini moon as I'll be at the gym and pool more often but so use to having to be UBER good. It's been so drummed into my brain that it's become second nature, so it's not easy to get my head round the fact that I can have a break and don't have the dress to worry about ;0) lol
I'm going to give myself a week off, it's not going to kill me. I can get straight back into it afterwards and I think with all the hard work I've done its going to do me good to have a bit of a break x x x

A few bits to get sorted today but nothing major, mainly school uniform buying joy of joys!
Then tomorrow pamper session nails both hands and feet as I've got open toed shoes to wear on the day x x x
