So I'm starting a thread for me but any comments would be muchly welcomed!! Starting from the beginning of July I am noting my weightloss for 4 weeks. My aim is to be at 11 stone by the end of it but I do have tendancies to have slip ups so any words of encouragement would be great... here goes!! I have 10 1/2 lbs to go as from 1st July....
