Give It A Go..?

I am thinking of starting Diet Chef, previously i was on the Cambridge Diet 1 year ago and lost a stone, but gave up due to the fact that i felt bored of the shakes and soups. I have been reading about DC and i think it will be an ideal diet for me, because it is just like having a normal meal instead of a shake all the time. I need to lose 2 stone, so i think with a bit of confidence i will be able to reach my goal in no time with Diet chef.

I am onto my second week of DC, lost 4 pounds in the first week and really enjoying it, plus have not felt especially hungry and so have not struggled to stick with it! If I go on like this I would definately advocate it!!! Really enjoying doing it as I like feeling healthy and like I am in control of my food! Yay DC!
