Giving blood whilst on LL

I regularly give blood and today was my first time since being on LL. I was a bit concerned about it as I wasn't planning on telling them. Well, I went along, had the prick test on my finger which showed no problem, laid down and did my thing - also no problem and just had water when I had finished, still no problem!
So, to all those that regularly give blood it appears that doing it on LL is OK and no need for the squash or biscuits!
