I've tried god knows how many extreme diets but never really calorie counted, so here it goes!! I am aiming for around 1000 cals a day.
Thursday
B/fast - Cambridge shake - 140cals
Lunch - Chicken & Bacon sandwich from Tesco, quavers & bounty - 850 cals
Dinner - Lettuce, spring onion, cucumber & smoked haddock - 150cals
Total - 1140
Friday
B/fast - Cambridge diet shake (left over from previous failed attempts) - 140cals
Lunch - Piri Piri chicken pieces and melon - 300 cals
Dinner - Prawns and low fat seafood sauce, lettuce, cucumber and cherry toms - 200 cals
Snacks - Dried apple, dried mango flakes, snack a jacks - 280cals
Total - 920
