My name's Ally, I've decided to give WW a try after following SW for nearly 3 years. I got to target at Christmas but after that the weight started coming back on. I can't seem to stick to SW at the moment. I'd have a few good days and then mess it up. So yesterday I decided to give to try something different- hopefully something new will have keep me interested enough to stick to it! I signed up for one month online yesterday, but will still go to SW weigh ins each week as that's something I do with my mum, and I like the ones at the group I go to!
I've decided to start with straight counting the points. Simple start seems too much like slimming world and I think I need help with portion control!
So weigh in on my home scales yesterday was 10 stone 13.5, last weeks weigh in (on Wednesday) was 10 stone 11.5. Will use my weight from this Wednesday as the official start, and I would like to get back to my original target of 10 stone 2.5
