Glammams refeed diary take 2!

I started refeed on Monday. So far it is going really well. Loving the flavours on everything. Now I'm back on the coffee and d.coke I need to keep reminding myself to drink water. I fell out of this habit big time after I came off it last time

d: River cobbler (with a pinch of garam masala) and salad

d: chicken breast marinaded in tandoori spices and natural yoghurt, jacket potato (6oz) with a tablespoon of natural yog and herbs

Thurs: tomorrow I'm going to have....
B: flapjack
L: tandoori chicken breast, salad, pitta bread
D: curry made with quorn pieces, onions, mushrooms, w.w curry sauce. 4 oz basmati rice
w.w yoghurt

B: flapjack
L: leftover curry and rice
D: chicken breast, pitta bread. salad, nat. yog with mint
w.w yoghurt

B: flapjack
L: curry and pitta. W.w yoghurt
D: 7oz new potatoes cooked with garam masala, mustard seeds, ground corriander, tumeric and cumin, salad, chicken breast. Dip made with nat.yoghurt, garlic and dried mint. W.w yoghurt

B: choc milkshake
L: lean beef, potatoes, veg
D salad, nat.yog with garlic (too full from my sunday luch to eat anything else!)

Mon: (calorie counting now)
B: flapjack
L: tuna salad
D: beef salad, pitta bread, garlic light mayo
S: crunchie (beautiful!)

mmmm the tandoori spices sound good.. is that just a Jar of spices from the supermarket??
Hiya. No the spices are just in a packet. I think I bought them from aldi. They are lovely actually. The chicken is lovely marinaded in the youghurt and the spices. Really moist and spicy. Yum. I am loving my food at the moment. I just have to remember how nice this healthy food is and try not to slip back into bad habits again.

Glammam - re your weight gain on refeed - this could have something to do with the diet coke your drinking.

I find this really bloats me and makes me 'gain' weight where as if you lay off it for a few days you will probably find that 1.5lbs has gone.

Just a thought :)
