Goal: 135kg ->80kg in 12-24mths?

I have to do it. My survival depends on it. I think I'm a carb addict. I just eat anything, esp until it's all gone! Don't mind fruit and veg, just that they don't keep in this climate, & I can only shop once or twice a fn. Can't walk that far, too $$$ to drive often. Public transport too slow-supplies get too hot on convoluted journey. Can't grow anything significant, too hot/dry/expensive. Have 20kg sacks of broad beans and TVP, abt 15kg white rice-couldn't buy bulk brown - not avail here. Live w'out butter, marg, animal fats, sugar, salt in house. Use some EV olive oil, don't tolerate hunger well. Don't drink enough water often enough. Exercise difficult due to existing pain in knees and foot. Limited knee movements from arthritis and recent joint replacement. abt 7 weeks to other one. hi chairs needed for all sitting, can't rise from anything low. Physically very weak, no endurance/exercise many years, tho' used to walk a lot. V large thighs, no longer all muscle. Often hit steering wheel. Have to drive 4x2 ute, as all else too low/hi. Stout build, strong bones, thick skull. nsmkr/ndrkr/medicated psych patient. I hope I succeed. I need a few online lifestyle buddies - that's why I'm here. I live alone, which makes it so much harder. Can't travel to health club meets often enough to do lasting good. Exercise bike u/s atm.
