Goal.... Can it be done...!?

    Alreet peeps!!

    Okay so today is day 16 on lipotrim for me, on Monday's (two week) WI I had lost a total of 11 pounds.

    I need to lose another 17 pounds to be at my goal weight... I am planning on starting to refeed on 22 March, so that is 3 Weeks 4 Days away...

    Question is... Do you think it can be done?

    I really hope so....!!!! :confused:

    17 pound in 3 weeks ???? I'd say if do this 100 percent it should be

    I'm refeeding from the 17th and I'm doubting I'll even lose the 5lbs I need to lose to get to goal ;) I'd be delighted with 17! but my losses have seriously slowed the past couple of weeks (and I have been 100% dedicated and have not cheated once)

    Good luck - give it a go, what have you got to lose :) (apart from lots of lbs, obviously, lol)

    Ahhh really hope it can be done, i am being so good and drinking sh*t loads of water... watch this space... will keep you all posted!!

    PS Thank god for this forum! dunno if i would have been able to do it without it!!x

    dont give up hope, just keep going with it, I remember that afgter a couple of weeks my wieght slowed down, I did not have a lot to lose, but then one week I lost 6 pounds which really surprised me. Keep going as what ever you will be a lot nearer doing to your goal than any other deit.
