i have a greetings card that i carry around with me at all times, it has all my reasons why i want to loose weight, a picture of me at my biggest, a picture of the dress i want to wear when i get to my goal and a little calendar so i can tick off the days, i make sure i look at it once a day and then whenever i really want something i know i'm not allowed. I find it helps, buts thats me.
