Godbye, my fat, forever! :)

Hi everyone!

For beggining, I will introduce myself. I am from Serbia, so I hope my English is good enough, so you can understand me.
I am 66,5 inches tall and now I weight 150lbs. My first goal is to lose 10lbs, but my final goal is to have about 130lbs.

My plan is just to count calories and do exercise every day. Yesterday I have started with exercise. I run 2,5 miles (for beggining, because I didn't do any exercise for months) and ride stationary bike 1 hour every day (for that time i lose 600 cals). For now, I will do 50 sits ups, but later that number will be bigger :) I hope so.

I will be honest. Today I started good with food, I have drunk a glass of yoghurt, I had a potato salad for lunch, but later I ate ice cream and 2 croissants. :(
My problem is that I love candies, ice creams, chocolate, chips and eat a big amount of bread and pastry and similar things which are full of calories and fat. And the problem that is bigger that previous is that I don't like fruits and vegetables...OK, I eat some of them, for example: peas, potato, salad, spinach, carrot...but that isn't enough...
But I promise I am starting my diet tomorrow! :)

Heya :)
Don't worry about the odd treat here and there, if you don't allow yourself something nice every now and hten you'll go mental or binge.
Keep up the exercise.
