Just a wee diary of my days on the JUDDD plan.

Day 1. Up day!
Glass of semi skimmed milk
Apple
coffee
Soup
yoghurt
Apple (recurrent theme?)
pasta
sausages sarnie
2 bars of choc - eek
toast

All in all about 2500. (allowed 2800 on an up day)
Not really bothered about countin cals on an up day - its just to give me a sort of idea.

Well today was going to plan - only had a diet coke all day then got home from work at 5:30 to find my sister had booked me n her into a fancy hotel in cork for a long weekend!! (she wanted to cheer me up cus the bf broke up with me few weeks ago :( ) What a sweetie. This does however, interfer with my juddd plans! See i decided i wasnt goin to tell any1 i was on this diet. I want to do this for me n not cus im afraid of disappointing others! Anyway, after much pondering, decided im just going to postpone the diet until tues. I know, I know, I really shouldnt. Im very much a why put off til tomorrow what u can do today type person but ah well. The alternative is pick at my meals and believe me, my sister would notice!!
Ill update yas all on tuesday then. New weight in will be the following tuesday. Just about to hop in the car. Hope yas hav a great halloween!! Laters
