not great!Hava feeling ill put on weight this week but thats ok. I was kinda naughty. Back on track tomorrow.
 
Well i actually did lose 3lb in the end. I sorta put it down to dehydration frm all the alcohol last night tho haha. We'll see how it goes nxt week.

1250. Ill prob have a mousse or something later but not really hungry at mo. Feel awful cus skipped lunch today. Was just too busy. Il hav to make sure that doesnt happen again!!

Well was away for weekend there so no updates. Was pretty naughty so wasnt expecting a big loss but ended up losing 1lb which im happy with!!

Well, back again for the post christmas weight loss! Knew id put on some weight over cmas but never realised it would be so much! Put on half a stone. Its ok tho, im feeling positive about getting it off again. Will keep yas updated with progress!xox
